4th of July
Every other year Walsh is the host for the Baca County 4th of July celebration. There is a fun filled day that starts with the Liberty Run and is followed by Swim Day, BBQ at the park, and ends with a fireworks show. The night before there is also a homerun derby. This is a great opportunity for Walsh and our community spirit shines.
Ugly Sweater Run
The Walsh Legacy Foundation is starting to hold fundrasiers through out the year. This year we did an Ugly Sweater Run with cookies and hot chocolate after the race. This spring or summer we hope to have a color run.
Liberty 5k Run/Walk - 10K Bike Race
Check our our Facebook page for event details. Also there are forms to pre-register and order t-shirts. Pancake breakfast will follow the run/race.
